Hadley, Massachusetts (January 7th, 2025) – Clarifies Position Following Court Ruling and Highlights Proactive Measures in Product Development
American River Nutrition, LLC (ARN) has prevailed in their defense against Kaneka Corporation in a ruling relating to infringement of Kaneka’s U.S. Patent No. 7,829,080 filed in 2021 in the U.S. District Court for the District of Delaware. Commenting on the case, Mr. Keith Dunne, General Manager of ARN noted, “ARN reformulated the product in 2023 to address concerns raised in the case. We are committed to strengthening the research and evidence base surrounding our ProQnolTM product to better serve our customers and partners. ProQnol™ is a patented, next-generation ubiquinol. This groundbreaking technology uses a natural solubilizer to transform (CoQ10) ubiquinone into the active form of CoQ10 (ubiquinol)”
